Thriving, not Just surviving the Kid-centered Holidays!

It’s hard to be “Trying to Conceive” during Christmas and other kid-centered Holidays… all the Children’s Christmas Programs, Friends and Family Holiday Parties and Baby’s 1st Christmas outfits…

It may take a mindset shift, BUT you can create Christmas traditions and memories that you and your spouse will enjoy and look forward to!

Here are 3 Tips to THRIVE at Christmas while TTC: 1. Allow you and your spouse to enjoy Christmas like a kid again! Who says you can’t have cookies ready for Santa, wear adult footy PJ’s and have Photos taken with Santa?!?!

2. Have boundaries and create your own traditions! Instead of going to everyone else’s kid-filled parties and activities, invite your friends over for a fun Christmas party or activity for adults!

3. Create a Christmas Bucket List for your and your spouse! Sit down with your spouse and make a list of 3-5 things you want to do this season and enjoy making memories!

The key is to have things that you look forward to during the Holiday season!
